Accessing support for IRIS

Support for the Incident Reporting & Investigation System (IRIS) is provided by the Health & Safety Systems Support Team made up of staff from the Occupational Health & Safety department and HR Systems. 

Please follow the steps below to access the support you need for use of the IRIS system: 

  1. Check guidance materials for a solution 
  2. Use one of the self-service requests to access the support you need 
  3. Raise a support request to the Health & Safety Systems Support Team
