Information on the University’s procedures for reporting and investigating health and safety or environmental incidents
The University uses an online Incident Reporting and Investigation System (IRIS) to record, review and investigate health, safety and environmental incidents that take place at the University. The use of this system allows for a swift, managed response to any incidents allowing the University to comply with its legal and moral requirements to its staff, students and visitors.

A University VPN must be used to access the system from home.

If the above resources have not provided you with a solution, you will need to raise a support ticket using one of the self-service requests.
This ticket will then be sent to the IRIS Support Team for action pending any checks and approvals that may be required.
