Information on the safe use of University lecture facilities, including maximum number and evacuation procedures
The University is responsible for the safety of persons on its premises. Heads of departments and institutions must ensure that persons attending lectures and other events in areas under their control are not put at risk. In discharging their responsibilities heads must follow the requirements of this policy.
If a problem arises in relation to freedom of speech or security, public order etc, then the University Security Services should be consulted.
