Request access to IRIS

Access steps

The steps below should be completed by someone who will be fulfilling a safety role on the IRIS system:

  1. Identify the IRIS user roles required for the user 
  2. Undertake the required training for the user role 
  3. Request a user account be created on IRIS 

Amending a user's access on IRIS

To amend a user's access on IRIS or to request other changes to the system, please use the IRIS self-service requests.

 

Request a user account be created on IRIS

Once all mandatory training has been completed the 'IRIS user access' self-service request can be completed. If a mandatory training course has not been completed your request will be rejected.

Note: Approval required for the request

You will need to nominate an Area or Divisional Safety Officer to approve your request for access to IRIS. Failure to nominate one will result in the request being rejected.
